The people at Beneufit have provided an owner’s guide to help you quickly understand how to set it up and then use the training profiles that provide the interval timing + target cadences and Heart Rate BPM.
Please NOTE: At the time of this posting the Beneufit App suggests target HR BPM as a percentage of age predicted maximum HR. Our recommendation in the coaches training is that you follow the aerobic threshold Zoning training to determine participant’s proper heart rates.
