We are anticipating this question from Group Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers who are teaching/training at  YMCA’s: Will this Parkinson’s Cycling Coach™ certificate help me teach a Pedaling for Parkinson’s Class? Or, are there any conflicts between the programs?

We felt we should address this directly, to avoid any confusion.

Let’s start with this; our education company Special Populations Fitness, LLC has no connection with the Pedaling for Parkinson’s organization.

However, the methods and protocols we teach are perfectly consistent with a Pedaling for Parkinson’s class.

Training this unique population of people with a chronic disease takes specific knowledge, especially for those who have no prior experience. Our goal is to provide that for you.
